The Supplier Portal (Leveranciersportaal) is a free online portal of the Dutch national government that allows entrepreneurs who occasionally invoice a government body to do so digitally without being connected to the Peppol network themselves. You enter the invoice manually and the portal converts it to the required e-invoicing format and forwards it to the relevant government body. Registration is via leveranciersportaal.rijksinkopen.nl. The OIN number of the receiving government body is mandatory on the invoice.
