Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is the legal right of a consumer to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right applies across the entire EU and is enshrined in the Consumer Rights Directive. The seller must communicate the right of withdrawal clearly. Failure to do so can extend the cooling-off period to a maximum of 12 months.
