Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is the legal right of consumers to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. This right has existed for years but changes from 19 June 2026: consumers must now also be able to exercise this right digitally and directly via a cancellation button on the website. The right of withdrawal itself does not change, only the way in which it is exercised.
