Business expenses

Business expenses are all costs you incur for your business and may deduct from your profit, reducing your tax bill. Examples include office rent, software subscriptions, professional literature, insurance, marketing and transport costs. An expense is only deductible if there is a business connection. Private expenses, fines and certain entertainment costs are not deductible or are only partially so.
