ACM — Authority for Consumers and Markets

The Dutch supervisory authority responsible for ensuring companies comply with eEvidence rules. The ACM enforces compliance together with the Public Prosecution Service and can impose fines of up to 2% of global annual turnover. https://www.acm.nl/en/about-acm/rules-and-regulations
